Exmoor Cottages
		The stone-built 4-star cottage nestles peacefully in part of the grounds of The Old Rectory Hotel, next to the 11th century church in the ancient hamlet of Martinhoe, next to the Exmoor coast. Interior features include a stone wall, inglenook fireplace with woodburner, beamed ceilings, slate windowsills and latch doors. Tastefully refurbished, Hollowbrook Cottage is well equipped with full oil-fired central heating. There is one car parking space.

Much of the cottage will be refurbished for 2005 and we will be introducing a CD player and wireless broadband internet access throughout. The following rates include electricity and hire of bed linen. Early booking recommended as many weeks book a long way ahead.

Ground floor Stable door entrance. Lounge/dining room with beamed ceiling, stone wall, inglenook fireplace with woodburner, colour TV and video. Archway to beamed kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. Shower room with WC and washbasin.

First floor Landing with cupboard housing tumble dryer. Main bedroom with double bed and built-in wardrobes. Second bedroom with twin beds and distant sea view. Bathroom with bath, WC and washbasin.

Free wireless Broadband Internet access provided by Hotel Broadband is now available throughout all areas of Hollowbrook Cottage. All you need is a Wi-Fi enabled laptop or PDA; and if your laptop doesn't have wireless compatability we can loan you a device from Reception.
